Moose Hunting
Hunt moose in the remote wilderness of northern Manitoba with Kitchi Island Outposts. Hunters are flown from Matheson Island, MB, to private outpost camps, where trips typically last several days.
Outpost Camps
Camps provide comfortable accommodations with heating, hot and cold running water, showers, propane stoves and refrigerators, and boats with motors for exploring rivers and lakes. Guests have exclusive access to the surrounding area, allowing for an immersive hunting experience.
The Hunt
Hunting takes place in some of the most remote northern Manitoba wilderness, giving guests the chance to track moose in their natural habitat. Experienced staff are available to provide guidance and support as needed.
Preparation & Gear
Guests are responsible for bringing their own hunting gear and clothing suitable for northern conditions. All hunting follows Manitoba regulations, including licensing and season requirements.
Wilderness Experience
In addition to hunting, guests can enjoy the surrounding wilderness, with opportunities to observe wildlife and relax at the outpost camps after a day in the field.
