Kitchi Island Outpost
Remote Fly-In Fishing at Its Finest
Kitchi Island Outpost Camp is located approximately 50 air miles from Matheson Island, positioned on a scenic point at the mouth of Flour Channel, part of the Berens River system leading toward Flour Falls.
The lake stretches roughly three miles long by two miles wide, featuring a rapid at its entrance and two sets of waterfalls at its outlet. With more than 12 miles of river to explore, anglers enjoy diverse fishing opportunities, including access to nearby Horseshoe Lake. The surrounding waterways offer a mix of current, structure, and secluded stretches ideal for both walleye and northern pike.
